His Beatitude, Metropolitan Tikhon, Locum tenens of the Diocese of New England, issued a letter following the Holy Synod's directives, with further guidance for our diocese. You can see it here. He has directed that celebrations of the Eucharist only should be celebrated. From the letter: "Everyone in the parish or mission, other than the priest(s) (and deacon(s)), a reader, a server, and a limited number of chanters or singers (all of whom are physically strong and at low risk forCOVID-19), is encouraged to remain at home, even at the time of the Divine Liturgy." While the effort is underway to change our daily service schedule to match what His Beatitude has directed, please be guided by his letter to us in terms of attending these upcoming celebrations of the Eucharist.
Once these changes have been made, please check back regularly to our service schedule as efforts will be made to live stream liturgical celebrations either at home or at church, along with plans for regularly checking in.
