Holy Transfiguration Church is located in New Haven, CT, approximately 2 miles from downtown New Haven.

From downtown New Haven
Travel Whalley Ave north to the fork of Fountain St. At the fork bear left and travel to the second stop light and turn left onto Alden Ave. The Church is located about 3/10 of a mile on the left hand side, at the corner of Alden Ave and Burton St. The parking lot entrance is located around back on Burton St.

Also, the 246 or 246A city bus route provides a very convenient means of public transportation from downtown New Haven to Holy Transfiguration. Stop 3 on the 246 route is only a few blocks from the Church. You can access the bus schedule here for more details.

From Wilbur Cross Parkway northbound
Follow parkway north to exit 59 Whalley Ave. Turn right onto Whalley Ave and follow approx. 1 mile to Dayton St. Turn right onto Dayton and follow it to the intersection of Fountain St. Turn left onto Fountain St and continue approx. 5/10 of a mile to Alden Ave. Turn right onto Alden Ave and the Church is located about 3/10 mile up on the left, on the corner of Alden Ave and Burton St. The parking lot entrance is located around back on Burton St.
